“I have just visited your garden centre and was served by Sean. He kindly helped me find the right gasbottle for my patio heater. He was polite, wore his mask as required, made absolutely sure he was selling me the right gas bottle for my heater and took the time to check my heater instruction booklet and connector to be certain. This all took longer than usual and even though I was not bothered at all by how long it took, Sean apologised to me for the length of time he was taking.”
